What is ViddyPop?
ViddyPop is a welcoming community for watching and sharing AI-generated videos. Bring a video you have already made, discover imaginative work and get to know the people behind it. Sharing comes first: you do not need to compete to belong here.
Does ViddyPop create AI videos?
No. Make your video using your preferred tools, then upload the finished file to ViddyPop. We provide a place to share your work and discover other creators.
Can I share videos made with different AI tools?
Yes. You can share finished AI videos made with your choice of tools. You must have permission to share the video and its music, likenesses and other content, and your upload must meet our community guidelines.
Is ViddyPop free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, watching and sharing videos, and following creators are free. Any video-generation tools you use outside ViddyPop may charge for their own services. Free entry is also planned for the Pop-Off when live battles are introduced.
Can I upload vertical and horizontal videos?
Yes. Landscape, portrait and square videos are supported. You can upload MP4, WebM or MOV files up to 50 MiB and five minutes long. The video player preserves your video's proportions; playback also depends on your browser supporting the file's video and audio codecs.
What happens after I upload a video?
Your video stays private while a moderator reviews it. Once approved, it can appear in the community feed and on your profile. Check its status in My videos. If it is rejected, the reason appears there so you can understand the decision.
Do I have to enter battles to share videos?
No. Sharing and discovering videos are the heart of ViddyPop. The Pop-Off will be optional. You can enjoy the community, upload work and follow makers without entering a competition.
What is the Pop-Off?
The Pop-Off is our planned weekly AI video challenge: a creative theme, free entry, community voting and collectible awards. The current Pop-Off page is a design preview. Live entries, voting and results are still being built, so there is no active competition to enter yet.
Will my profile have a badge wall?
That is planned. We want members to collect achievement badges for sharing and participation, pin favourites on their profiles and display trophies from battle wins. Badge awards and the badge wall are still in development.
How do reporting and blocking work?
Use the options on a community video or creator profile to report a concern or block a member. Reports go to moderators and are not sent to the reported member. Blocking hides your content from each other while signed in and removes follow relationships. Public content can still be seen when signed out. You can review and undo blocks in Account settings.
How does ViddyPop help keep the community welcoming?
New uploads are reviewed before publication. Members can report content and block other members. Moderators can investigate reports, remove videos and pause accounts. Everyone must follow our community guidelines, including treating other creators respectfully. These controls help us respond to problems; they cannot guarantee that every interaction will be positive.
Can I remove my videos or delete my account?
Yes. Remove individual uploads in My videos, or delete your account in Account settings after confirming your password. Account deletion removes your public profile and uploaded video files. Our privacy page explains how safety records, provider logs and backups are handled.
