Here is how the ViddyPop community uses your information.
Account and profile information
Supabase manages your email address, password authentication and sign-in sessions. Your public profile contains your username, display name and biography. Your email address and password are not displayed on your profile.
Videos and activity
We store your uploaded videos, descriptions, categories and review status. Approved videos and profiles are public. Follows and likes support community features. New, rejected and removed videos are not shown in the public feed.
Reports and blocks
Your reports and their details are visible to you and authorised moderators, not the member being reported. Moderators can review uploads, remove content and resolve reports. We retain a record of moderation actions for accountability. Your personal block list is available in account settings.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication, the Sydney database, video storage and backend functions. These services also process operational logs needed to run and protect the platform. Sign-in uses cookies to keep your session. We do not use advertising trackers in this build.
Removing your information
You can remove a video from My videos. Account settings provide account deletion after confirming your password. Deletion hides your content immediately and removes your stored videos, profile and sign-in account. Safety reports and moderation records may remain with account references removed. Operational backups and provider logs follow the provider’s retention settings.
